Domestic orders are shipped within 2-4 business day via Australia Post (standard or express shipping) and are calculated by the weight. Excludes public holidays and weekends.
Standard delivery - 7-12 business days, up to 5kg, tracking included
Express delivery - 3-5 business days, up to 5kg, tracking included

New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia post or courier (on demand) within 3-7 business days and are calculated by the weight. Excludes public holidays and weekends.
Standard delivery - 5-8 business days, weight up to 500g / 1kg / 2kg
Express delivery - 3-5 business days, weight up to 500g / 1kg / 2kg
Courier - 2-3 business days, weight up to 1kg

Europe and other countries' orders are shipped via Australia post or courier (DHL, Fedex and more) within 3-7 business days and are calculated by the weight. Excludes public holidays and weekends.

ALL orders will have tracking number and tracking update while en-route. We strongly advise to add shipping protection/insurance to your order in case delivery has failed, parcel is lost or stolen or other issues related to the shipping company.
Please keep in mind that Crystal Whispers is NOT responsible for missing/lost/stolen parcels that are showing DELIVERED in the Australia Post tracking system if the insurance was not purchased. Sign-on delivery is advised if you are afraid of such instance to happen.
